At Green Coffee Collective, we strive for the perfect roast in every cup; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns on non-food items or unopened hardware within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our roasting team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate a return request.

    Verification

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  • 3.
    Package Your Items

    Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
